i am in an internet class. i have to make a web business. i have learned a few things about an e-commerce, blog, info site, etc, but now the assignment is to make a website that is best for my web business idea. this is where i get stuck. i want to have a website/blog/page/what ever that gives information and links like a directory but will also offer a good way for people to chat and interact.

i heard about the web 2.0 but i have no idea what it is and what it can do for me.
can you use it for a blog page? can you use it for a personal page?
please explain.

    Web 2.0 is a social networking area of the internet. It is about the exchange of ideas, finding friends and people who you have common interests with. I personally believe it is the real value of the internet.
