I’m on a Mac so I’m not sure if any of this will be helpful to you.

Rapidweaver: The EASIEST to use wysiwyg website editor I’ve ever come across!

IWeb: The wysiwyg editor that comes along with the iLife package on Mac.

Dreamweaver: This one has a higher learning curve than the above mentioned packages. But it’s available on Pc and Mac. And it has everything you’ll ever need to create any type of website.

Some web-hosts have built in wysiwyg editors, though usually very basic.

Whatever you choose depends on how complex the site needs to be, if there’s going to be dynamic content (databases for forums and such) and how much you are willing to spend on software.

I wish you the best of luck :-)

MS Front Page is real easy but they quit making it. You can find it on EBay and it will still work, HTML doesn’t go out of style. Another w-g editor that looks pretty good is WYSIWYG Edotor. Look at the link below.
